CHURCH SOFTBALL LEAGUES SPRING 09 Greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is time for softball again. We will be having another MANDATORY managers meeting. Each team that wants to play must have a representative at the meeting – NO EXCEPTIONS (a call or an e-mail helps)
MANAGERS MEETING DATE THURSDAY FEBRUARY 26, 2009 PLACE CALVARY CHAPEL LA MESA TIME 7PM SHARP This is the first of 2 meetings, the first meeting will be to go over rules, collect money, and talk about issues within the league guidelines. The 2nd meeting will be to hand out schedules, collect the balance of the entry fee, and collect rosters. The 2nd meeting is Thursday March 12, 2009 at Calvary Chapel La Mesa. Leagues Available MONDAY MEN’S SPRING VALLEY/PENN FIELD $525.00 Slow-Pitch Rules 10 Teams Maximum TUESDAY MEN’S SPRING VALLEY/PENN FIELD $525.00 Slow-Pitch Rules 10 Teams maximum SATURDAY MEN’S VALENCIA PARK $475.00 Slow-Pitch Rules 16 Teams Maximum SATURDAY CO-REC VALENCIA PARK $475.00 3-Pitch Rules 18 Teams maximum If you can’t make the meeting, you need to have someone attend for you. We will not allow anyone into the league if a representative is not at the first meeting. A minimum of $250.00 is due at the first meeting and the balance at the 2nd meeting.
